目的探讨广州市越秀区2006-2011年细菌性食物中毒发生的特征及分布规律,为预防和控制细菌性食物中毒提供科学依据。方法对2006-2011年本中心对疑似细菌性食物中毒的样品进行细菌分离鉴定,资料采用Excel2003等软件进行统计分析。结果 2006-2011年共发生疑似细菌性中毒事件112起,检出致病菌阳性69起(检出率为61.61%)。细菌性食物中毒全年均有发生,7-10月份检出频数最高的细菌性食物中毒的场所以餐饮业为主。检出的致病病原菌最常见的是副溶血性弧菌,其次是金黄色葡萄球菌、变形杆菌、沙门氏菌。副溶血性弧菌以污染环境为主;金黄色葡萄球菌以污染饭菜为主;变形杆菌以污染用具为主。结论本区细菌性食物中毒的防控重点应以餐饮业为主,应着重加强对环境、用具的卫生监管。
Objective To investigate the characteristics and distribution of bacterial food poisoning in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou City from 2006 to 2011 and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of bacterial food poisoning. Methods The samples of suspected bacterial food poisoning from 2006 to 2011 were isolated and identified by bacteria. The data were analyzed by software such as Excel2003. Results A total of 112 suspected bacterial poisoning incidents occurred between 2006 and 2011, of which 69 were positive (the detection rate was 61.61%). Bacterial food poisoning occurred throughout the year, the highest frequency of detection of bacterial food poisoning in July-October place to the restaurant industry. The most common pathogens detected were Vibrio parahaemolyticus, followed by Staphylococcus aureus, Proteus, and Salmonella. Vibrio parahaemolyticus mainly pollute the environment; Staphylococcus aureus mainly contaminated food; Proteus dominated by pollution appliances. Conclusion The focus of prevention and control of bacterial food poisoning in this area should mainly be the catering industry, and the hygiene supervision on the environment and appliances should be emphasized.
