乏燃料后处理工艺过程对铀产品中镎的控制极其严格。常量铀对微量237Np分析干扰大,根据样品中的铀镎比以及α谱的要求,分离程序对铀的去污因子应大于1×106。本工作研究建立铀中微量镎的分析方法,使镎的测量范围达到5×10-7g/L,并用所建立的分析方法对后处理流程台架温实验中的微量237Np样品进行了分析,得到了满意的分析结果。针对Purex流程铀净化循环有机相样品(2DU)的微量镎的测定,选用0.1mol/L乙异羟肟酸
