目的:观察防风增效下瘀血汤治疗肝纤维化模型大鼠的疗效,揭示风药防风增强活血化瘀的机制。方法:60只健康雄性wistar大鼠随机分为5组:正常对照组、肝纤维化组、下瘀血汤组、下瘀血汤加防风1组,下瘀血汤加防风2组。采用CCl4诱导大鼠肝损伤,观察其血清中HPC-Ⅲ(Ⅲ型前胶源)、ColⅥ(Ⅵ型胶原)、LN(层粘连蛋白)含量及光镜下肝组织病理变化。结果:与模型组比较,下瘀血汤及其加防风组大鼠血清中HPC-Ⅲ、ColⅥ、LN含量明显降低,下瘀血汤加防风1组和下瘀血汤加防风2组上述指标比下瘀血汤组降低更为明显。结论:防风配伍下瘀血汤可增加活血化瘀药的作用,可为中医药抗肝纤维化提供新的用药配伍思路。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the curative effect of the wind-proofing and reducing-effect Xiaxuetang decoction in the treatment of hepatic fibrosis in rats, and to reveal the mechanism of strengthening the blood circulation and promoting blood circulation by wind-proof and wind-proofing. Methods: Sixty healthy male wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups: normal control group, liver fibrosis group, Xiaoyuxue decoction group, Xiaoyu Xie Tong plus wind-proof group 1, Xiayuangxutang plus wind-proof group. CCl4 was used to induce liver injury in rats. The contents of HPC-Ⅲ, ColⅥ and LN in serum were detected and pathological changes of liver tissues under light microscope were observed. Results: Compared with the model group, the contents of HPC-Ⅲ, ColⅥ and LN in the serum of Xiaoyu Xue Tang and its anti-wind group were significantly lower than those of the Xiayu Decoction and the Xiayu Decoction plus wind-proof group Decoction group decreased more obvious. Conclusion: The combination of wind-proofing and decoction-removing decoction can increase the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis medicine, and can provide a new way of compatibility for anti-hepatic fibrosis of traditional Chinese medicine.
