优化配置铁路货运机车资源对于降低铁路运营成本具有重要意义。本文在考虑机车检修情况下,构建线路上机车折返站时空网络图,消除时间维度影响。在此基础上,以满足运输需求为前提,充分考虑实际机车牵引定数及单机调配等问题,构建铁路货运机车资源配置优化模型,从而得到线路上机车的接续关系,并给出模型的求解思路以及相应的免疫克隆算法。最后选用一个算例对上述模型以及算法进行分析验证。算例测试表明:该模型及算法具有较好的实用性。
Optimizing the allocation of railway freight locomotive resources is of great significance for reducing the railway operation cost. In this paper, considering locomotive maintenance, the construction of locomotive folding station space-time network diagram, eliminating the impact of time dimension. On this basis, to meet the transport needs as a prerequisite, taking full account of the actual number of locomotive traction and stand-alone deployment and other issues, to build a railway freight locomotive resource allocation optimization model to get the connection of locomotives on the line, and gives the model to solve ideas and The corresponding immune clone algorithm. Finally, an example is used to analyze and validate the above models and algorithms. The example test shows that the model and the algorithm have good practicability.
