本文旨在探讨中职体育教师的教学信念与其有效教学表现的现况及关系,通过对中职体育教师教学信念及有效教学表现的现况、教学信念与有效教学表现的关系,以及教学信念对有效教学表现的预测力进行分析,得出结论:中职体育教师的教学信念与有效教学表现息息相关,且教师的教学信念可有效预测其有效教学表现。
The purpose of this paper is to explore the status quo and relationship between PE teachers’ teaching beliefs and their effective teaching performance in secondary vocational schools. By analyzing the teaching beliefs of secondary PE teachers and the status quo of effective teaching performance, the relationship between teaching beliefs and effective teaching performance, The effective teaching performance of the predictive power analysis concluded that the teaching beliefs of secondary vocational PE teachers and effective teaching performance is closely related to and teachers’ teaching beliefs can effectively predict the effective teaching performance.
