为了满足企业和人民社会生活的需要,新形势下的电力企业更加注重人才与技术,树立了质量型增长观念,加快电力企业从铺摊子、拼消耗的数量型增长向质量效益型增长的观念转变,但是在营销管理中也存在着一定的问题,管理方式过于传统缺乏创新、缺乏对市场和营销的精准把握、营销工作人员素养缺失等等,为了更好地追求经济效益和社会效益,在这一过程中,如何实现企业的营销规划目标,完善企业的营销管理至关重要。因此,分析电力企业营销中现有的问题并提出合理的建议,具有一定的现实意义。
