在当前激烈的市场竞争中,人才是企业发展的助推器,市场竞争归根结底是人才的竞争。石油企业占有雄厚的人力资源,才能在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。本文首先分析了石油企业实施“人才强企”战略的必要性,并对当前石油企业人力资源现状做了阐述,在此基础上提出石油企业实施“人才强企”战略的具体措施。
In the current fierce market competition, talent is the booster of enterprise development, the market competition in the final analysis is the talent competition. Oil companies occupy a solid human resources, in order to fierce competition in the market remain invincible. This paper first analyzes the necessity of implementing the strategy of “strengthening enterprises by talents” in petroleum enterprises and elaborates the present situation of human resources in petroleum enterprises. Based on this, it puts forward concrete measures for implementing “strong enterprises by talents” strategy by petroleum enterprises .
