采用倾翻炉进行两步法冶炼FeV80的工业试验,研究配铝系数、冶炼通电时间、精炼料、二次冶炼时间等参数对技术指标的影响,得出最佳冶炼工艺控制参数。结果表明:采用倾翻炉两步法冶炼能得到满足GB/T4139-2004标准中FeV80的要求,成分均匀,且刚玉渣的钒含量降低至0.6%以下,较一步法冶炼,刚玉渣钒含量明显降低,可直接作为弃渣;冶炼钒收率平均为96.5%,高于传统工艺。
The industrial experiment of two-step smelting FeV80 was carried out by using a tilting furnace. The effects of the parameters of aluminum rationing, electrification time, refining material and secondary smelting time on the technical indexes were studied, and the optimal control parameters of smelting process were obtained. The results show that the two-step smelting process with tilting furnace can meet the requirements of FeV80 in GB / T4139-2004 standard, the components are uniform, and the vanadium content of corundum slag is reduced below 0.6%. Compared with the one-step smelting, the content of vanadium in corundum slag is obviously Reduce, can be directly used as slag; smelting vanadium yield average of 96.5%, higher than the traditional process.
