采用伤寒-副伤寒菌苗致热家兔法研究赛葵的解热作用,热板法和扭体法研究赛葵的镇痛作用,二甲苯致炎鼠耳肿胀法和腹腔毛细血管通透性法研究赛葵的抗炎作用。结果表明:赛葵全草 10、20 mg/kg ig给药能降低发热家兔的体温,延长小鼠的痛反应时间,减少扭体鼠数和扭体次数,20 mg/kg抑制鼠耳的肿胀及抑制小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性;赛葵根 10 mg/kg ig给药能降低发热家兔的体温,抑制鼠耳的肿胀,降低小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性。提示赛葵具有解热镇痛抗炎作用。
To study the antipyretic effect of S. japonicum by the typhoid-paratyphoid bacterin-induced fever rabbit method, hot plate method and writhing method to study the analgesic effect of S. lycopersicum, xylene induced inflammatory ear swelling method and abdominal capillary permeability. Method to study the anti-inflammatory effect of Sika. The results showed that the 10 and 20 mg/kg ig of S. altissima could reduce the body temperature of fevered rabbits, prolong the pain reaction time of mice, reduce the number of writhing rats and the number of writhing, and inhibited the ear of rats at 20 mg/kg. Swelling and inhibition of capillary permeability in the abdominal cavity of mice; administration of S. aurantium at 10 mg/kg ig reduced fever in rabbits, inhibited swelling of the ear, and decreased capillary permeability in mice. Tip Sika has antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects.
