目的:通过对2018年广东省卫生总费用数据的核算与分析,揭示本地区卫生资源在不同机构、不同人群和不同服务功能之间的分配和利用.方法:基于卫生费用核算体系2011的功能法卫生费用核算.结果:2018年广东省经常性卫生费用总量达到4221.40亿元,占GDP的4.34％,人均经常性卫生费用3720.60元;从筹资来源看,政府方案及社会基本医疗保险占比51.80％,家庭卫生支出占比40.83％,自愿医疗保健支付方案占比7.38％.结论:个人疾病负担形势严峻,重医轻防和以医养防问题突出,广东省卫生资源投入不足且资源配置“头重脚轻”.
