以黑果腺肋花楸为试材,以原土+草炭土+珍珠岩=1∶1∶1(处理1)、原土+草炭土+珍珠岩=1∶2∶1(处理2)、原土+草炭土+珍珠岩=1∶3∶1(处理3)为不同扦插基质处理,以草炭土和原土为对照,研究了不同土壤扦插基质对黑果腺肋花楸苗扦插繁殖的影响。结果表明:3种处理均能够提高扦插成活率,草炭土对照、处理3、处理2黑果腺肋花楸苗木当年成活率在80%~90%。苗木生长量和生物量大小排序为草炭土对照>处理3>处理2>处理1>原土对照,苗木生长量和生物量处理3与草炭土对照处理间不存在显著性差异,处理2次之,处理1与原土对照不存在显著性差异。说明草炭土含量比例越高,对黑果腺肋花楸扦插苗木生长越好。
