目的研究节育器在3T磁共振系统下是否存在安全隐患;以此探讨体内有节育器的妇女在磁共振检查中的可行性。方法将7个不同形状、不同材质的节育器,埋入3%的琼脂糖凝胶中,测试节育器在3T磁共振检查系统中,其是否会发生偏移、扭曲、温度变化、伪影等不良后果。结果带铜及记忆合金节育器无移位、无扭曲、轻度伪影、温度变化不明显。不锈钢型节育器偏移角度很大、伪影很大、温度变化不明显。结论带铜及记忆合金节育器做磁共振检查是安全的,即使做盆腔部位扫描也是可行的。不锈钢型节育器做盆腔时伪影很大,对诊断有一定影响,携带此型节育器不宜行盆腔扫描。
Objective To investigate whether there is a potential safety hazard in the 3T magnetic resonance system of an IUD, and to explore the feasibility of IUD in MRI. Methods 7 IUDs with different shapes and materials were embedded in 3% agarose gel to test whether the IUDs would undergo offset, distortion, temperature change, artifact, etc. in the 3T MR system Adverse consequences. Results With copper and memory alloy IUD no shift, no distortion, mild artifacts, the temperature change is not obvious. Stainless steel IUD offset angle, a large artifact, the temperature change is not obvious. Conclusion Magnetic copper and memory alloy IUDs are safe to perform magnetic resonance imaging, even if the pelvic site scanning is feasible. Stainless steel IUD when doing pelvic great artifacts, the diagnosis has a certain impact, this type of IUD should not be carried pelvic scan.
