一、腿部小肌肉群的作用 在短跑训练和比赛中,所有动作都是依靠 肌肉收缩产生的内力并配合一定的外力牵动关 节、骨骼产生位移而完成的。其腰背部、腹 部、大小腿等部位大肌肉群的收缩内力,是运 动时内力的主要来源。但肢体远端的一些小肌 肉群在完成动作时也起着不可忽视的作用。 (一)小肌肉群在大肌肉群发力之后的顺势 收缩用力,这是一个完整用力的系统过程,不 但可以延长人体内力对地面的作用距离,也可 以加大人体关节远端的运动速度。从而促进人 体位移的加快,这一点对提高短跑运动成绩来 说是至关重要的。
