在全球化和跨文化的语境下,呈现出很多特殊翻译现象,其中之一就是从HappyNewYear到Happy牛Year这一转换的出现。本文拟从生态翻译学角度来阐释这一译语流行背后的深层内因。主要通过语言维,文化维和交际维层面的多维度转换以证明Happy牛Year这一译语是符合中国牛年的这一宏观生态翻译环境之下的较佳翻译,是整合适应选择度较好的翻译,是迎合了大众的普遍认知的译语,因而最终促成了Happy牛Year现象的流行。
In the context of globalization and interculturalism, there are many special translation phenomena, one of which is the appearance of the transition from Happy New Year to Happy Year of the Ox. This article intends to explain the deep internal reason behind the popularity of this translated language from the perspective of ecological translation studies. Mainly through the multidimensional transformation of linguistic dimension, cultural dimension and communicative dimension to prove that the translation of Happy Cow Year is a better translation under the macroecological translation environment of Chinese Year of Ox, Translation, is to meet the general public’s cognitive language, which eventually led to the popular Happy Year of the Ox phenomenon.
