通过对调研结果的分析发现,目前农村教师具备远程教育资源的应用意识,但其应用率、应用能力普遍较低;资源应用以课外为主,较少进入课堂,较少应用于教师发展;教师对资源有整合的意识,但应用方式大多是封闭式的、以知识为中心的。农村学校设施和资源不完备、缺乏理论指导是影响教师应用的主要原因。为此,应进一步加强农村学校硬件和资源建设;同时应深入课堂,加强农村课堂教学信息化理论创新和已有理论成果的转化。
Through the analysis of the survey results, it is found that at present teachers in rural areas have the sense of using distance education resources, but their application rate and application ability are generally low. Resources are mainly used after class, less in the classroom and less in teachers’ development. Teachers Awareness of the integration of resources, but most of the applications are closed, knowledge-centric. Rural school facilities and resources are incomplete, the lack of theoretical guidance is the main reason for affecting the application of teachers. To this end, we should further strengthen the rural school hardware and resources construction; at the same time should be in-depth classroom, to strengthen the theory of rural classroom teaching information innovation and transformation of the existing theoretical results.
