目的:探讨珠子草种子发芽最佳基本条件、不同种源种子萌发差异及种子寿命,为珠子草种子评价及栽培生产提供科学依据。方法:利用不同浸种时间、不同温度、光照及黑暗、不同发芽基质、不同种源、不同贮藏时间等处理对珠子草种子进行发芽试验,测定其发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数。结果:适宜珠子草萌发的温度范围为20~30℃2,5℃为最佳发芽温度,光照和黑暗条件均可。浸种12 h能显著提高珠子草种子的发芽率及发芽的整齐度和速度;以纸间做发芽床,其发芽指数显著高于其他发芽床。29份不同种源的种子千粒重和各项发芽指标间存在极显著差异,平均千粒重为0.168 g,平均发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数分别为80.87%、67.15%和30.01。珠子草种子经干燥器贮藏6年后发芽率达59.67%,贮藏8年后种子完全失去发芽力。结论:珠子草种子萌发的最适条件为:浸种12 h,25℃光照或黑暗条件,以纸间做发芽床。种子寿命较长,采用干燥器可保存6年。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the optimal germination conditions, seed germination and seed life of Beauveria bassiana, and provide scientific basis for the evaluation and cultivation of Beauveria bassiana seeds. Methods: The seeds of Beauveria bassiana were germinated with different soaking time, different temperature, light and darkness, different germination substrates, different provenances and different storage times. The germination potential, germination rate and germination index were measured. Results: The suitable germination temperature of Beauveria bassiana was 20-30 ℃ and 2,5 ℃ was the best germination temperature, and both light and dark conditions were acceptable. Seed soaking 12 h can significantly improve the seed germination rate and sprouting uniformity and speed; to germination bed made of paper, the germination index was significantly higher than the other germination bed. The average grain weight was 0.168 g and the average germination rate, germination potential and germination index were 80.87%, 67.15% and 30.01, respectively, among the 29 seed germplasms and their germination indexes. Bead grass seeds dried by the dryer after 6 years germination rate of 59.67%, after 8 years of storage seeds completely lose germination. Conclusion: The optimum conditions for the seed germination of Beauveria bassiana are as follows: soaking for 12 h under light or dark conditions at 25 ℃, making germination bed with paper. Long seed life, using a dryer can be stored for 6 years.
