CPR1000机组常规岛用偏碱性除盐水贮箱(SER)通常采用碳钢内涂进口乌龟油的方法防腐,但是乌龟油的施工对环境温度有一定限制,要求底漆8~30°C、面漆10~30°C,而红沿河核电一期SER内防腐施工进度在冬季,环境温度低于10°C,因此需要选择其他合适的防腐涂料。借鉴火电厂除盐水箱内防腐经验,以纯聚脲作为防腐涂料进行溶出物试验。结果表明,在15 d的试验期间,无重金属离子溶出,Na+、F-和Cl-的质量浓度均小于0.5μg/L,24SO-的质量浓度低于2μg/L,满足SER的防腐要求。与涂覆乌龟油相比,涂覆纯聚脲的3台水箱可节省投资120万元。半年多的商运结果表明,喷涂纯聚脲防腐涂层的SER水箱出水水质满足核岛、常规岛各用户要求。
