【目的】了解中小学生家庭喂养宠物的基本情况以及他们对宠物传播疾病的认识,为提高学生的防范和健康意识提供依据。【方法】采用自行设计的问卷,对选取的三所在校学生进行问卷调查。【结果】宜昌市三所学校学生家庭饲养宠物的比例为31.0%,不同地域、年级的学生家庭饲养宠物比例差异有统计学意义;有70.4%的学生知道宠物疾病会传染给人,仅5.5%的学生明确知道如何预防人兽共患病,高年级相比低年级认知正确性高,不同年级学生认识程度差异有统计学意义。【结论】目前学生家庭饲养宠物的比例较高,但学生对宠物科学饲养方式、宠物传播疾病及其预防的认识不够明确,应加强社区居民相关知识的宣传教育。
【Objective】 To understand the basic situation of primary and secondary school families feeding pets and their understanding of the spread of pet diseases, in order to provide a basis for improving students’ awareness of prevention and health. 【Method】 The self-designed questionnaires were used to conduct a questionnaire survey among the three selected students. 【Result】 The results showed that 31.0% of the families kept pets in three schools in Yichang City. There was a significant difference in the proportion of pets kept by students in different regions and grades; 70.4% of the students knew that pet diseases would be transmitted to people only 5.5% Of students clearly know how to prevent zoonosis. The accuracy of cognition of higher grades is higher than that of lower grades, and there is significant difference among students in different grades. 【Conclusion】 At present, the proportion of family pets kept by students is relatively high. However, students’ understanding of pet science feeding practices, pet-borne diseases and their prevention is not clear enough. Publicity and education of community residents should be strengthened.
