目的:对番荔枝科植物假鹰爪茎叶的性状与显微特征和挥发油成分进行研究。方法:对假鹰爪的茎叶进行性状与显微鉴别,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取假鹰爪的挥发油成分,以气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术对其化学成分进行分离和鉴定,经色谱峰面积归一化法测定含量。结果:获得了假鹰爪茎叶的横切面结构及其粉末特征,从其挥发油中共分离鉴定了34种化合物。结论:该结果为假鹰爪的鉴别、开发利用提供参考依据。
OBJECTIVE: To study the characteristics and microscopic characteristics and volatile oil composition of the stems and leaves of the false hawk hawk in the family Annonaceae. Methods: The characters and microscopic identification of stems and leaves of false talons were carried out. The volatile oil components of false talons were extracted by steam distillation and their chemical components were separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). , The chromatographic peak area was normalized to determine the content. RESULTS: The cross-section structure and powder characteristics of the stems and leaves of the false eagle’s paw were obtained, and 34 compounds were identified and identified from its volatile oil. Conclusion: This result provides a reference for the identification, development and utilization of false talons.
