采用实验模拟方法,研究了外冷铁厚度、挂砂厚度对100mm、200mm壁厚类铸钢件凝固过程及致密度的影响。当外冷铁厚度≥T/2(T为铸件壁厚)时,影响凝固时间的主要因素是挂砂厚度,冷铁厚度的影响不大。挂砂厚度≤15mm(大约)时影响显著,>15mm影响变小。讨论了单面冷铁、双面冷铁对形成人工末端区的影响。提供了100mm、200mm壁厚类铸钢件(含碳约0.35%的碳素钢和低合金钢)外冷铁设计数据。
The experimental simulation method was used to study the influence of outer cold iron thickness and sand thickness on solidification process and density of 100mm and 200mm wall thickness castings. When the outer cold iron thickness ≥ T / 2 (T is the casting wall thickness), the main factors that affect the solidification time are the thickness of the sand, the thickness of the cold iron has little effect. Sanding thickness ≤ 15mm (about) significant impact,> 15mm less impact. The effect of single cold iron and double cold iron on the formation of artificial tip area was discussed. Provides 100mm, 200mm wall thickness class castings (about 0.35% carbon steel and low alloy steel) outer chilled iron design data.
