在当前中小学教育教学中,心理健康教育日益受到重视。思想品德和心理健康教育关系密切,在人教版思想品德教材中,三个年级都有非常大的比例涉及心理健康教育。此外,思想品德和心理健康教育在教育目标等方面也有许多共同点。因此,在思想品德教学中,合理运用心理健康教育的理念、方法和技巧,定会取得良好效果。本文就如何在思想品德课中运用心理健康教育的理念、方法进行一番探索,希望对大家有所启发。
In the current teaching of primary and secondary education, mental health education has received more and more attention. Ideological and moral health education is closely related to the PEP teaching material, all three grades have a very large proportion of mental health education. In addition, ideological and moral health education has many similarities in terms of educational goals. Therefore, in the ideological and moral teaching, rational use of the concept of mental health education, methods and techniques, will achieve good results.
