为了解年龄和低甲状腺素对大鼠心肌G蛋白mRNA的影响 ,利用Northernblot方法对出生 1周、成年及低甲状腺素大鼠心肌G蛋白mRNA表达进行检测。结果显示激动型G蛋白α亚基 (Gsα)mRNA出生 1周与成年大鼠比较无明显差异 ,抑制型G蛋白α2 亚基 (Giα2 )mRNA出生 1周大鼠明显高于成年大鼠。出生 1周和成年低甲状腺素大鼠Gsα及 1周龄大鼠Giα2 mRNA高于对照组。提示年龄和甲状腺素对大鼠心肌G蛋白mRNA表达有影响
In order to understand the effect of age and hypothyroxine on myocardial G protein mRNA in rats, Northern blotting was used to detect the myocardial G protein mRNA expression in 1 week old, adult and hypothyroxine rats. The results showed that there was no significant difference in mRNA expression of Gsα mRNA between the first and second week of adult rats, and the expression of Giα2 mRNA was significantly higher in adult rats than in adult rats. The Gαα of 1 week old and adult hypothyroxine rats and Giα2 mRNA of 1 week old rats were higher than that of the control group. It is suggested that age and thyroid hormone affect the expression of myocardial G protein mRNA in rats
