目的探讨食管癌患者术后全肠内营养支持和肠内外混合营养支持的临床应用价值。方法将62例食管癌患者随机分为全肠内营养组(EN组,30例)和肠内外混合营养组(实验组,32例),比较术后基本营养和免疫学指标变化及各种不良反应的发生率。结果实验组混合营养支持1周后,血浆总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白和免疫指标(IgG、IgA、IgM)均较EN组显著改善(P<0.05)。实验组肺部并发症、腹部并发症及睡眠障碍等发生率也远低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论食管癌患者术后应用肠内外混合营养支持能够明显的改善营养状况,提高免疫功能,促进术后恢复。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of total enteral nutrition support and enteral and external nutritional support in patients with esophageal cancer after operation. Methods 62 patients with esophageal cancer were randomly divided into total enteral nutrition group (EN group, 30 cases) and enteral nutrition group (experimental group, 32 cases). Results Compared with EN group, total protein, albumin, globulin, and immunoglobulin (IgG, IgA, IgM) in experimental group were significantly improved after mixed nutrition support for one week (P <0.05). The incidence of pulmonary complications, abdominal complications and sleep disorders in the experimental group were also significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Esophageal cancer patients after application of mixed enteral nutrition support can significantly improve the nutritional status, improve immune function and promote postoperative recovery.
