知识型员工的建言行为分为促进性建言和抑制性建言两种类型。从中国情境和中庸思维、组织支持感两个角度出发,分析中庸思维对知识型员工促进性和抑制性建言行为的差异性影响,并建立了基于组织支持感调节影响下中庸思维对知识型员工建言行为的模型。组织支持感可以强化中庸思维对促进性建言的正向作用,也可弱化中庸思维对知识型员工建言的负效应。
Knowledge-based staff’s behavior is divided into promotional suggestions and inhibitative suggestions of two types. From the two perspectives of China’s situation and moderation thinking and organizational support, this paper analyzes the difference between the moderation thinking and the facilitative and inhibitory behavior of knowledge workers, and establishes the influence of moderate thinking on knowledge workers’ Model of speech act. Organizational support can reinforce the positive effect of mean thinking on promoting suggestions and weakening the negative effect of mean thinking on knowledge workers’ suggestions.
