用三种季铵盐(7402-Cl、THDA—I和Aliquat 336S)研制阿魏酸根PVC膜药物电极,结果用季铵盐7402-Cl,〔CH_3(CnH_(2n+1))_3N〕Cl(n=9~11),研制的电极性能最好。该电极在8.8×10~(-5)~1.0×10~*-1)M阿魏酸根浓度范围内呈Nernst响应,检出下限为5.0×10~(-5)M。测定了十几种共存离子的选择系数、表明该电极对许多有机酸根具有选择性(比如草酸根、柠檬酸根、酒石酸根、醋酸根),但受某些离子(例如NO_3~-、Br~-、I~-)的干扰较大。用所研制的电极分析了市售新药,结果与用药典方法所测的数值相符,初步表明本电极可实际用于样品分析。
Ferulic acid PVC membrane electrode was prepared with three kinds of quaternary ammonium salts (7402-Cl, THDA-I and Aliquat 336S). The results showed that the quaternary ammonium salt 7402-Cl, [CH_3 (CnH_ (2n + 1)) _3N] n = 9 ~ 11), developed the best electrode performance. The electrode showed a Nernst response in the range of 8.8 × 10 -5 ~ 1.0 × 10 ~ * -1 M ferulate. The detection limit was 5.0 × 10 -5 M. The selectivity coefficients of a dozen coexisting ions were determined, indicating that the electrode is selective for many organic acids (eg oxalate, citrate, tartrate, acetate) but is sensitive to certain ions (eg NO_3 ~ -, Br ~ , I ~ -) interference. The developed electrode was used to analyze the commercially available new drugs. The results were in good agreement with the values measured by the Pharmacopeia method, which showed that the present electrode could be used for sample analysis.
