海上职业工作者不但要求有强健的体魄,更需要健康的心理和良好的精神状态及人际关系。太极拳是我国目前流行最广的健身运动之一。国内外许多实证研究表明,长期练习太极拳不仅能强身健体,修身养性,提高人体心肺机能及呼吸系统、神经系统功能,还能防病、治病,养成良好的人际关系等诸多领域发挥强有效的价值。当今,太极拳的锻炼价值已远远超出了人们的想像。太极拳锻炼是航海专业大学生强身健体、修身养性、自我调节的重要手段之一。
