目的观察糖肾清2号方对2型糖尿病模型小鼠肾功能的保护作用。方法采用自发性2型糖尿病模型KK-Ay小鼠,予高脂饲料诱导3周后,按血糖及体重水平随机分为模型组、缬沙坦组、糖肾清2号方大、中、小剂量组,以C57BL/6J小鼠设为正常组,每组各6只,连续干预治疗12周。分别在0、4、8、12周检测各组小鼠空腹血糖、尿微量白蛋白(Alb)、尿肌酐(Cr)、尿微量白蛋白/尿肌酐(ACR)及24 h尿蛋白,药物干预12周后实验结束,留取血清标本,全自动生化分析仪检测甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、血清肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)水平,酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测血清β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)水平变化。结果与正常组比较,模型组小鼠24 h尿蛋白、ACR、Scr、TG、TC水平显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),BUN、β2-MG及肾重/体重变化不显著(P>0.05)。与模型组比较,缬沙坦组及糖肾清2号方大、中、小剂量组小鼠Scr、TG、ACR水平明显下降(P<0.05,P<0.01);24 h尿蛋白、TC、空腹血糖等指标有不同程度下降。结论糖肾清2号方可明显降低KK-Ay小鼠空腹血糖、Scr、TG水平,减轻糖尿病肾病(DN)肾损害,延缓DN发病进程。

Conclusion Tangshenqing No.2 can significantly reduce fasting blood glucose, Scr and TG levels in mice with KK-Ay, relieve diabetic nephropathy (DN) renal damage and delay the progression of DN.
