多发梗塞性脑痴呆动物模型对于探求多发梗塞性脑痴呆疾病的病理机制、药物筛选、药效评价以及治疗方案优化有十分重要的作用。故建立具有较强稳定性,能够反映特定病理生理变化的多发梗塞性脑痴呆动物模型一直是研究者追求的目标,目前建立了许多模拟人类多发梗塞性脑痴呆疾病的实验动物模型。根据中药自身的特点选择合适的动物模型,进行候选药物筛选和药效评价,并将多发梗塞性脑痴呆动物模型的研究与临床疾病研究紧密地结合起来,保证动物模型的稳定性和可靠性,为临床前中药药理研究与药效评价提供方法学保证,为有效的中药创新药物筛选与研发评价提供研究工具,以确保有效药物在临床上获得更好的疗效。
Animal models of multi-infarct dementia play a very important role in exploring the pathological mechanism, drug screening, drug efficacy evaluation and treatment plan optimization of multi-infarct dementia.
