在anti-μ(100-200μg/ml)诱导人B淋巴细胞增殖反应系统中,用粘附于SephadexG-10的方法把单核细胞含量从AET~-细胞中的15~30%降到1~5%,可使B细胞增殖反应增强1~13倍。回加单核细胞时可抑制其增殖反应,并随加入单核细胞数增多而加强。加入单核细胞在培养细胞总数的5%左右时,仅在实验开始加入才表现出轻度抑制作用,培养细胞中单核细胞增多达细胞总数的13%和25%时,即使于实验24或48小时加入,也表现出一定抑制作用。
In an anti-μ (100-200 μg/ml) induced human B lymphocyte proliferation response system, the mononuclear cell content was reduced from 15 to 30% in AET~-cells to 1 to 1 by adhering to Sephadex G-10.
