目的探讨老年糖尿病的临床特点及治疗现状。方法将50例糖尿病足患者按照Wagner分级法分为0～Ⅴ级,采用内外科、局部和整体相结合的综合治疗后的治愈率为42.6%,总有效率为89.7%,治疗效果与糖尿病足级别有关。结论糖尿病足以改善微循环、改善神经功能及局部和外科等综合治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical features and treatment status of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods Fifty patients with diabetic foot were divided into 0 ~ V grade according to Wagner classification. The cure rate was 42.6%, the total effective rate was 89.7%. The curative effect and diabetic foot Level related. Conclusion Diabetes is enough to improve microcirculation, improve neurological function and comprehensive treatment of local and surgical treatment.
