目的:探讨双胸蚓溶栓酶对神经元突起的影响及其作用机制。方法:应用神经元细胞体外培养技术观察了1~10 d内在不同剂量双胸蚓溶栓酶作用下的 Wistar胎鼠大脑神经元突起的生长发育过程。结果:不同剂量双胸蚓溶栓酶对神经元突起的数量和长度以及轴索的形态与增长均有影响。结论:双胸蚓溶栓酶对体外培养的胎鼠大脑神经元突起的生长发育有促进作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of bovine thrombolytic enzyme on neuron protrusion and its mechanism. Methods: The neuronal cell culture in vitro was used to observe the process of neurite outgrowth in Wistar fetal rat brain under different doses of bovine thrombolytic enzyme within 1 ~ 10 days. RESULTS: Different doses of bovine thrombolytic enzyme had effects on the number and length of neuronal processes and the morphology and growth of axonal fibers. Conclusion: The bast thrombolytic enzyme can promote the growth and development of neurons in fetal rat brain cultured in vitro.
