运动性血红蛋白尿是一比较少见的病症。本院20余年来在临床上仅发现一例报告于下。病例摘要患者李某某,男性,17岁,电工,河北省赵县人。主因阵发性腰酸伴酱油色尿三个月,于74年3月19日入院。住院号86933。患者三个月以前不慎腰部摔伤,休息三天后好转。随步行约三华里自觉腰酸不适,尿呈酱油色。未用任何药物经休息后小便恢复正常。两天后又在步行5～6华里后发现尿呈枣红色,以后每逢走路过多即有同样现象发生。其发作与气候饮食无关。患者在患病期间除服用“去痛片”,“消炎痛”外无服
