目的 研究三七总皂甙对脑出血大鼠脑内碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)、层粘连蛋白(Ln)表达的影响及可能机制。方法 用免疫组织化学方法观察胶原酶诱导的脑出血大鼠脑内bFGF、Ln在给药组和对照组的表达变化。结果 脑出血后脑内bFGF主要在扣带皮质、海马、缰核及其他区域表达,阳性细胞主要有神经元、神经胶质、吞噬细胞、室管膜细胞、伸长细胞等;Ln不仅在大脑皮质、海马、缰核、下丘脑等区域的神经元表达,且在这些区域的神经胶质细胞也表达,血管也有阳性反应。以上活性因子给药组比对照组表达明显增强。结论 三七总皂甙可通过上调bFGF、Ln的表达促进脑出血后脑内神经元的存活及损伤修复。
Objective To study the effects of panax notoginseng saponins on the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and laminin (Ln) in brains of rats with intracerebral hemorrhage and possible mechanisms. Methods The expression of bFGF and Ln in the brain of rats with collagenase-induced intracerebral hemorrhage was observed by immunohistochemical method. Results After cerebral hemorrhage, bFGF was mainly expressed in the cingulate cortex, hippocampus, habenular nucleus and other regions. The positive cells were mainly neurons, glial cells, phagocytes, ependymal cells, and elongating cells; Ln was not only in the cerebral cortex. Neurons in the hippocampus, hippocampus, nucleus, and hypothalamus are expressed, and glial cells are also expressed in these areas, and blood vessels also have positive reactions. The expression of the above active factors administered group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Panax notoginseng saponins can increase the expression of bFGF and Ln and promote the survival and repair of neurons in brain after cerebral hemorrhage.
