采用气管注入染尘法探讨了碳纤维(CF)粉尘对大鼠肺脏的致纤维化作用,并以UICC温石棉和SAFFIL无机纤维为阳性和阴性对照。病理检查结果显示,染CF粉尘大鼠各观察期肺内病变轻,1年后肺内仅有粉尘细胞灶形成,灶内未见胶原纤维增生。SAFFIL组大鼠肺内病变与之接近,而温石棉组大鼠6个月就发生了明显的肺纤维性变,CF粉尘也未明显引起大鼠体重增长降低和肺湿重增加。CF直径租,属非呼吸性纤维粉尘,较短的CF易被清除,较长的CF亦未引起肺组织纤维增生。据此并从对呼吸道的影响推测,目前CF生产条件下产生的粉尘不会给工人带来明显危害。
The effect of carbon fiber (CF) dust on the lung fibrosis in rats was investigated by tracheal injection of dust, and UICC chondrites and SAFFIL inorganic fibers were used as positive and negative controls. The results of pathological examination showed that the lung lesions in CF dyed rats were light during the observation period. Only one year later, only the dust cell foci formed in the lung, and no fibrillar hyperplasia appeared in the lesion. The lung lesions in SAFFIL group were similar to those in SAFFIL group, but significant pulmonary fibrosis occurred in rats in chrysotile asbestos group at 6 months. CF dust did not significantly reduce the weight gain and lung wet weight in rats. CF diameter rent, is a non-respiratory fiber dust, CF is easy to be removed shorter, longer CF did not cause lung fibrosis. Accordingly, and from the effects on the respiratory tract, it is speculated that the dust produced under the present CF production conditions will not cause any obvious harm to the workers.
