采用大鼠肾上腺素性高血糖模型， 观察苦丁茶大叶冬青叶降血糖作用。结果表明， 苦丁茶大叶冬青叶高、低剂量组均能明显抑制肾上腺素所 致大 鼠血糖 升高 （ Ｐ＜ ０ ．００１） ， 但高、低 剂量组 之间 未见 显著 性差异。
A rat model of adrenergic hyperglycemia was used to observe the hypoglycemic effect of Kudingcha large leaf holly leaves. The results showed that high- and low-dose kudu lobular leaves can significantly inhibit epinephrine-induced blood glucose elevation in rats (P<0.001), but there was no significant difference between high-dose and low-dose groups.
