前不久,松藻矿务局职代会“民主评议企业领导干部小组”,组织职工代表用“政绩=长×宽×高”的公式来“计算”队科级以上干部任期内政绩。对政绩优良者,建议晋升或留用;对政绩平平者,限期整改;经整改仍不见成效者,或降职使用、或贬官为民。用此法来考评干部,能者上庸者下,不失为一种行之有效的新创举,群众纷纷为之叫好。
Not long ago, the Workers’ Congress of the Songzao Mining Bureau called for “democratic appraisal of leading cadres in enterprises” and organized the staff representatives to “calculate” the performance of cadres over the team level by using the formula of “achievement = length × width × height.” For those with good political accomplishments, they are recommended to be promoted or retained; those who are mediocre in their performance should be given rectification within a prescribed time limit; those who have not achieved any success or have been demoted to rectification will be demoted or demoted to the public. Using this method to appraise cadres and those who can afford to be excellent people, after all, it is an effective start-up, and the masses have applauded them.
