探讨了鸡卵白蛋白（ＯＶＡ）致敏的ＢＡＬＢ／ｃ小鼠经过ＯＶＡ雾化吸入刺激后，其支气管肺泡灌洗液（ＢＡＬＦ）中ＥＯＳ数量的变化。结果发现，以ＯＶＡ１０μｇ腹腔注射３次，间隔２周，然后给予５％ＯＶＡ雾化吸入２０ｍｉｎ，每天１次，共６ｄ，ＢＡＬＦ中ＥＯＳ数可达（９．６７±０．８０）×１０８／Ｌ．认为这是一种较理想的气道过敏性炎症模型。
To investigate the changes of EOS in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) of BALB / c mice sensitized with OVA after OVA inhalation. The results showed that the number of EOS in BALF was (9.67 ± 0.80) × 108 / L after intraperitoneal injection of OVA10μg three times at intervals of 2 weeks and then inhaled 5% OVA for 20min, once daily for 6 days . Think this is a more ideal airway allergic inflammation model.
