天平作为实验中较为常见的仪器设备,主要是用于物体质量测量的计量装置,天平装置的质量高低将直接影响到物体质量计量准确性,需要予以高度重视。随着技术的快速发展和创新,借助电子技术衍生而来的电子天平逐渐得到了广泛的应用。风洞天平作为一种力矩传感器,是航空航天飞行器研制中风动测验中重要的测量装置,在实际应用中是对空气动力荷载大小和作用点进行测量。风洞天平的准确性不仅仅是自身的性能决定,同时与校准质量存在密切联系。本文主要讨论风洞天平校准存在的计量问题与解决方法。
Balance as a more common test equipment, mainly for measuring the quality of objects measuring device, the quality of the balance device will directly affect the quality of object measurement accuracy, the need to be highly valued. With the rapid development of technology and innovation, the electronic balance derived from electronic technology has been gradually applied. As a kind of torque sensor, wind tunnel balance is an important measurement device in the aerodynamic test during the development of aerospace vehicles. In practical applications, the aerodynamic load is measured and the effect point is measured. The accuracy of a wind tunnel balance is not only determined by its own performance, but also closely linked with the quality of the calibration. This paper mainly discusses the measurement problems and solutions of wind tunnel balance calibration.
