In the fiery development of China’s livestock products innovation activities, the continuous growth of rural Internet users in China provided the preconditions for the development of rural E-commerce across industries. According to the statistics report of China Internet Network Information Center, the population of rural netizens in China reached 125 million in 2010, accounting for 27.3% of the total netizens, an increase of 16.9% over the same period of last year.
