18-578型侧架箱形断面的结构改变要求研制新的声发射转换器的设置方案、研究检验方法和程序软件。在此情况下,在声发射检查过程中所有探测出的缺陷源应按其危险程度分为危险临界期和缓慢发展期,在被检测的区域中敷上判定报废的定位网。在修订的方法中使用了线性定位原理。这种定位方法可以在减少声发射检查的劳动量的同时,保证探测结果的可靠性。
Structural changes to the 18-578 sideframe box-section require the development of new acousto-optic transducer setups, study methods and program software. In this case, all the detected sources of defects during acoustic emission inspection shall be divided into dangerous critical period and slow development period according to the degree of danger, and a judgment network shall be put on the tested area. The linear positioning principle was used in the revised method. This positioning method can reduce the labor of acoustic emission inspection, while ensuring the reliability of the detection results.
