目的探索适合大面积苗木田的经济有效的灭螺方法。方法选择2块大面积有螺苗木田块为试验现场,设试验组和对照组。2011年5-10月,试验组交替使用杀螺剂和除草剂进行灭螺(净化灭螺法);对照组用铲草土埋加药杀进行灭螺(改良灭螺法),连续3年观察灭螺效果,并进行成本分析。结果试验组和对照组连续3年均未发现活螺,两组灭螺成本分别为0.90元/m2和1.80元/m2。结论采用净化灭螺法在苗木田环境灭螺效果理想,且成本较低。
Objective To explore a cost-effective method of snail-killing for large-area nursery stock. Methods Two large areas with spruce seedlings were selected as the experimental site, and the experimental group and the control group were set up.
