先天性尺桡骨融合是较多见的一种先天性畸形,是桡骨和尺骨近端先天性融合(附图A),使前臂固定在不同角度的旋前位,出现前臂旋转障碍。作者自1992年5月～1996年6月,共收治5例,术后效果满意,现报告如下:1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 本组男性3例,女性2例,年龄6～10岁,平均8岁,双侧肢体4例,单侧1例,旋前度数60°～90°,平均80°,均为Ⅰ型,骨性融合型,纠正度数40°～80°,平均60°,本组均采用手术治疗,均有较严重的功能障碍。
