INTRODUCTION Multinational corporations (TNCs) create concentration and accumulation of capital and trigger a global economic crisis. This article analyzes the interpretation of this international strategy by Marxist theory. Foreign direct investment (FDI) is a good economic indicator to reproduce this international strategy. In addition, according to the World Investment Report of the UNCTAD (WIR2009), the global flow of foreign direct investment (FDI) fell by 11% in 2008 from US $ 190 million in 2007 to US $ 170 million.
