阐述了在姑山赤铁矿选矿厂的生产和工业试验中,采用GS-1型感应辊强磁选机、SQC型强磁选机以及脉动高梯度磁选机选别粗粒(-5mm)、细粒(-200目,45%)、微细粒(-200目,90%)赤铁矿所获得的技术指标。通过比较,说明采用强磁选工艺比重选或浮选处理同粒级赤铁矿能提高精矿品位和回收率。并提出了采用单一强磁工艺改造现场生产流程的技术方案。
In the production and industrial test of Gushan hematite beneficiation plant, GS-1 type induction roller strong magnetic separator, SQC strong magnetic separator and pulsating high gradient magnetic separator are used to select coarse grains (-5mm) , Fine (-200 mesh, 45%), fine (-200 mesh, 90%) hematite obtained technical indicators. By comparison, indicating that the use of strong magnetic separation process than the gravity or flotation treatment with the same grade hematite can improve concentrate grade and recovery. And put forward a single strong magnetic technology to transform the scene of the production process of the program.
