科学确定急件范围,合理区分急件类型,规范急件办理程序,是公文办理工作中应该认真思考的重要问题。结合急件办理的实际情况,依据“实事求是、精简高效、急件急办、准确安全”的原则,我们确定了公文急件的“五步办理法”。现简要介绍,与大家切磋。
