评价了氦离子化检测器(HID)与毛细管色谱柱结合分析痕量气体的能力。研究了两种不同毛细管柱;带有分子筛 PLOT(多孔层开口管柱)熔硅柱和带有 PS—255(聚苯乙烯—255)厚膜的 WCOT(涂壁开口管柱)玻璃柱。尽管使用了分流进样系统,但该柱在测定气体中痕量杂质时可以比经典的填充色谱柱具有明显的优点。也研究了柱上直接进样,并取得了有希望的结果。
The ability of a helium ionization detector (HID) to be coupled with a capillary column to analyze trace gases was evaluated. Two different capillary columns were investigated; a fused silica column with a molecular sieve PLOT (porous layer open column) and a WCOT (coated open column) glass column with a PS-255 (polystyrene-255) thick film. Despite the use of a split-flow injection system, this column offers significant advantages over classical packed columns in the determination of trace impurities in gases. The direct on-column injection was also studied and promising results were obtained.
