当前,农村社会矛盾复杂多样,已经影响到农村和谐社会的构建。主要表现在:农村土地争议、干群关系激化、农村基层组织不健全、农村环境恶化、农村公共服务事业滞后、农村社会治安治理不到位、农民社会保障不完善引起的矛盾等。要标本兼治化解这些矛盾,需要创新农村社会治理,加强农村基层党组织建设,提高农村干部素质,开展普法教育,发展公共事业,同时要健全矛盾化解长效机制,构建农村和谐社会。 At present, the complex and diverse rural social conflicts have affected the building of a harmonious society in rural areas. Mainly manifested in: rural land disputes, the intensification of relations between cadres and masses, rural grassroots organizations are not perfect, the rural environment deteriorated, the rural public service lags behind, rural social security is not in place, peasants imperfect social security caused by the contradictions. In order to tackle these problems by solving both the symptoms and the solutions, we need to innovate rural social governance, strengthen the building of rural grass-roots party organizations, improve the quality of rural cadres, carry out popularization education and public utilities development. At the same time, we must perfect the long-term mechanism to resolve conflicts and build a harmonious society in rural areas.
