随着企业人力资源的多元化和流动化,优秀的核心人才已成为企业竞争力的重要因素,为了保证企业人力资源效能获得充分运用和发挥,员工忠诚度的培育成为企业人力资源管理所关注的重点。本文首先对员工低忠诚度的问题和后果进行分析,然后给出提高员工忠诚度的建议和对策,达到留人更要“留心”的目的。
