以长江流域棉区的76 份( 次) 陆地棉新品种( 系) 和杂交种为材料, 于1997 ~1998 年在华中农业大学对棉花的抗枯萎病鉴定技术及抗病指标进行了研究, 结果表明, 以相对抗性指数(IR) 为抗病指标鉴定的结果与以相对抗病效果(ER) 为抗病指标鉴定的结果完全一致, 说明IR 和ER2 种抗病指标在棉花抗枯萎病鉴定中均可采用。
Based on the 76 new cultivars (lines) of G. hirsutum and their hybrids in the cotton area of the Yangtze River Basin, the identification techniques and disease resistance indices of cotton against fusarium wilt were studied at Huazhong Agricultural University from 1997 to 1998.
