HSE(健康、安全、环境)管理体系是目前石油化工行业广泛推行的一种管理方法,能够有效的改善生产环境,克服各种不安全因素,保证劳动者的安全生产,因此引起石油化工行业的普遍使用。在此背景下,提出关于HSE管理体系的信息化研究,主要介绍HSE的管理体系概念、HSE管理信息系统的作用、石化行业HSE管理体系的构成要素和实施HSE管理体系的四个阶段,以促进石化领域的有效管理。
HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) Management System is a widely implemented management method in the petrochemical industry. It can effectively improve the production environment, overcome various insecurity and ensure the safe production of workers. Therefore, the HSE Common use.
